How to create a Service Report

The Barbieri Gateway software offers the possibility to create a Service Report which is needed by Support personnel to verify the instrument state and functionality.

• Install and launch the software
• After successful connection, the picture of the connected instrument is visible in the lower left of the winidow
• The actual state is displayed (Firmware version, registrationinformation)
• Choose Tools/ Get Service Report and follow the instructions
• A Service report file is created. This file should be attached to a support request as it helps support personnel to verify the state of the instrument
