BARBIERI's mission is to invent, produce and offer measuring instrumentation
and solutions which help increasing the color quality of images.

 The company BARBIERI electronic was founded in 1983 by Siegfried Barbieri
and he started the development and production of electronic densitometers for photographic
laboratories.
After graduating with a degree in electronic engineering in Munich, Germany, Siegfried
Barbieri worked for Siemens, Munich in the R&D
department for telecomunication and thereafter for the Durst
company in Brixen, Italy, as their chief engineer for the development of photographic
color enlargers and their control and analysing equipment. In 1978 he
founded the company Viptronic and was the President for the first 5
years. In 1983 he founded the company BARBIERI electronic.
