Information provided in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 - “PRIVACY CODE”

In accordance with Art. 13 of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003, notice is hereby given that the BARBIERI electronic snc processes the personal information of clients (exhibitors and visitors), suppliers, and subjects (potential exhibitors and/or visitors) who voluntarily communicate (by mail, telephone, fax, or e-mail) their personal information to our offices, as well as the information of subjects whose information has been collected by third parties on the occasion of, for example, operations of the acquisition of external information for commercial information, public directories, etc., in the latter case dealing exclusively with personal information of a general nature.
The BARBIERI electronic snc guarantees that within the scope of legal provisions, the treatment of personal information shall take place in respect of fundamental rights and freedoms as well as in respect of the dignity of the interested person, with particular reference to confidentiality, to personal identity, and to the right of the protection of personal information.

Purposes of processing:

• the fulfillment of obligations under law, from regulations, under EU standards, under civil and fiscal regulations

• the fulfillment of possible contractual obligations with regard to the interested party

• the carrying out of activities connected with the economic activity of our company, such as the filling out of internal registries and statistics for billing and the keeping of client-supplier accounting

• purposes of a commercial nature, such as the sending of business information and publicity materials (by mail, fax, and e-mail), marketing information, and market research

• the protection of credits and the managements of debits

• insurance purposes, in particular for the insurance of credits.

• Payment of wages and fulfillment of the employment contract connected with obligations under law, whereas the possible received personnel data (membership within unions, data concerning state of health and/or psychological-physiological state; data concerning religious and/or political attitude etc.) are processed exclusively to fulfill contracted obligations under law.

With regard to the above mentioned objectives personnel data are forwarded if required:

• to public administrations and authorities, to care and welfare entities, if this is legally required.

• to unions for contractual intended purposes

• to care entities in order to fulfill their institutional skills

• to insurances in order to collect insurance rates

• to banks in order to retract wages

• to all natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons (legal bureaus, administration and tax agencies, advisory services for jobs and to complete pay statements, courts, chamber of commerce and job services), if the forwarding is necessary or the carrying out of our activity proves to be appropriate then it is allowed to forward information to the above mentioned manner with the appropriate objectives.

The processing of information may take place with or without the assistance of means that are electronic or otherwise automated and shall include all of the operations provided for by Art. 4, paragraph 1, section a of Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 that are necessary for the processing in question. In any case, the processing shall be carried out under observance of every precautionary measure that shall guarantee security and confidentiality.
The Italian Privacy Code confers upon the interested parties the exercise of specific rights under with Art. 7. In particular, the interested party may obtain from the holder the confirmation of the existence or lack thereof of the personal information that concerns him or her and may obtain its communication in an intelligible form.
The interested party may also request to know the origin of the information, the purposes and methods of the processing, the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the assistance of electronic tools, and the revelation of the details of the identification of the holder, of the designated person in charge, and of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the information could be communicated or who could become aware of the information.
The interested party shall have the right to obtain the updating, correction, integration, deletion, the anonymous transformation, or the freeze of information in violation of the law.

The interested party shall have the right to oppose for legitimate reasons, either in whole or in part, the processing of personal information that concerns him or her, even if it pertains to the purpose of the collection, and shall have the right to oppose without any reason the processing of personal information that has to do with purposes for the sending of publicity materials or direct sales or for the carrying out of market research or commercial communication.

The rights under discussion may be exercised, including but not limited to by means of an appointee, by means of a request directed to the designated person in charge listed below by means of registered letter or e-mail (info@barbierielectronic.com).

Informativa resa ai sensi del Dlgs del 30.06.2003 „CODICE DELLA PRIVACY“

Ai sensi dell’art. 13, Dlgs 30 giugno 2003 nr. 196, INFORMIAMO che la nostra società BARBIERI electronic snc tratta dati personali di clienti e fornitori e di soggetti che comunicano volontariamente (telefonicamente o via fax o via e-mail) i loro dati anagrafici al nostro ufficio commerciale o alla nostra direzione aziendale.
E di soggetti i cui dati sono stati raccolti presso terzi in occasione, ad esempio, d'operazione d'acquisizione di dati esterni per informazioni commerciali, elenchi pubblici ecc., nell’ultimo caso trattasi esclusivamente di dati personali di natura comune.

La nostra società garantisce nell’ambito delle previsioni normative che il trattamento dei dati personali si svolge nel rispetto dei diritti e delle libertà fondamentali, nonché della dignità dell’interessato, con particolare riferimento alla riservatezza, all’identità personale e al diritto alla protezione dei dati personali.

Finalità del trattamento:

• adempiere agli obblighi di legge, dai regolamenti, dalla normativa comunitaria, da norme civilistiche e fiscali

• adempiere agli eventuali obblighi contrattuali nei confronti del interessato

• adempiere ad attività connesse all’attività economica della nostra societá, come compilazione delle anagrafiche e statistiche interne, per la fatturazione, la tenuta della conablità clienti-fornitori

• finalità di tipo commerciale, come invio di  informazioni commerciali e materiale pubblicitario (via posta, fax ed e-mail), di marketing e ricerche di mercato

• la tutela dei crediti e la gestione dei debiti

• finalità assicurative, in particolare per assicurazioni crediti

In relazione alle finalità di cui sopra i Suoi dati personali verranno comunicati se necessario:

• alle Pubbliche Amministrazioni ed Autorità, ove previsto dalla legge

• ad Istituti di credito con i quali la ns. ditta ha rapporti per la gestione dei crediti/debiti e l’intermediazione finanziaria

• a tutte quelle persone fisiche e/o giuridiche, pubbliche e/o private (studi di consulenza legale, amministrativa e fiscale, uffici giudiziari, amere di Commercio ecc.), quando la comunicazione risulti necessaria o funzionale allo svolgimento della nostra attività e nei modi e per le finalità sopra elencate

 I dati personali trattati dalla nostra società non sono soggetti a diffusione.

Il trattamento potrà effettuarsi con o senza l’ausilio di mezzi elettronici e comunque automatizzati e comprenderà tutte le operazioni previste all’art. 4 comma 1, lettera a, Dlgs 30 giugno 2003 nr. 196 e necessarie al trattamento in questione. Comunque il trattamento sarà effettuato nell’osservanza di ogni misura cautelativa, che ne garantisca la sicurezza e la riservatezza.

Il Codice della Privacy conferisce agli interessati l’esercizio di specifici diritti di cui all’art. 7. In particolare puó ottenere dal titolare la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di propri dati personali che lo riguardano e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile. L’interessato può altresí chiedere di conoscere l’origine dei dati, le finalità e modalità del trattamento nonché la logica applicato in caso trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici, l’identificazione degli estremi identificativi del titolare, dei responsabili nominati e dei soggetti e categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati possono essere comunicati o che possono venire a conoscenza.

L’interessato ha il diritto di ottenere l’aggiornamento, la rettificazione, l’integrazione, la cancellazione, la trasformazione in via anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge. L’interessato ha diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte, per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta, e senza motivo al trattamento che lo riguarda a fini di invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita diretta o per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale. Aufklärungsschreiben im Sinne des Gesetzesvertretenden Dekretes vom 30.06.2003 „Datenschutzkodex“

Im Sinne des Art. 13 des Gesetzesvertretenden Dekrets Nr. 196 vom 30. Juni 2003 INFORMIEREN wir darüber, dass unsere Gesellschaft BARBIERI electronic OHG die persönlichen Daten von Kunden und Lieferanten, sowie Personen verarbeitet, die unserem Verkaufsbüro oder der Geschäftsleitung ihre Personalien willentlich (telefonisch, per Fax oder per E-Mail) mitteilen.

Sowie Personen, deren Daten durch Dritte, zum Beispiel bei der Erfassung von externen Daten für geschäftliche Informationen, öffentlichen Verzeichnissen usw. übernommen wurden, wobei es sich im letzteren Fall ausschließlich um persönliche Daten gemeiner/gewöhnlicher Art und Natur handelt.

Unsere Gesellschaft garantiert im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorgaben, dass die Verarbeitung der persönlichen Daten unter Berücksichtigung der grundlegenden Rechte und Freiheiten sowie der Würde des Betroffenen mit besonderem Bezug auf die Geheimhaltung, die persönliche Identität und das Recht auf Schutz der persönlichen Daten erfolgt.

Ziel- und Zweckstellungen bei der Datenverarbeitung:

• Erfüllung von gesetzlichen Pflichten, Pflichten aus Verordnungen, Gemeinschaftsnormen sowie zivil- und steuerrechtlichen Gesetzen

• Erfüllung eventueller vertraglicher Verpflichtungen gegenüber dem Betroffenen

• Erfüllung von Tätigkeiten in Verbindung mit der Geschäftstätigkeit unserer Gesellschaft wie das Ausfüllen von internen Statistiken, zur Rechnungslegung sowie zur Führung der Kunden-/Lieferantenbuchhaltung

• Zielstellungen geschäftlicher Art wie die Zusendung von Geschäftsinformationen und Werbematerial (per Post, Fax und E-Mail), Marketing und Marktuntersuchungen

• Schutz der Forderungen und Verwaltung der Verbindlichkeiten

In Bezug auf die oben angegebenen Zielstellungen werden Ihre persönlichen Daten bei Bedarf weitergeleitet:

• an die öffentlichen Verwaltungen und Behörden, wenn dies gesetzlich vorgesehen ist

• an Kreditinstitute, mit denen unsere Firma Geschäftsbeziehungen zur Verwaltung von Forderungen/Verbindlichkeiten und zur Finanzierungsvermittlung unterhält

• an alle jenen natürlichen und/oder juristischen, öffentlichen und/oder privaten Personen (Rechts-, Verwaltungs- und Steuerberatungsbüros, Gerichte, Handelskammern usw.), wenn sich die Weiterleitung als notwendig oder zur Ausübung unserer Tätigkeit zweckdienlich erweist sowie auf die oben angegebene Art und Weise mit den entsprechenden Zielstellungen

Die von unserer Gesellschaft verarbeiteten persönlichen Daten unterliegen keiner Verbreitung.

Die Datenverarbeitung kann mit oder ohne Hilfe elektronischer, auf jeden Fall automatischer Mittel erfolgen und umfasst alle im Art. 4, Absatz 1, Buchstabe a des Gesetzesvertretenden Dekretes Nr. 196 vom 30. Juni 2003 vorgesehenen und für die betreffende Datenverarbeitung erforderlichen Vorgänge. In jedem Fall wird die Datenverarbeitung unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsmaßnahmen durchgeführt, die deren Sicherheit und Geheimhaltung gewährleisten.

Das Datenschutzgesetz verleiht den Betroffenen die Möglichkeit zur Ausübung bestimmter Rechte gemäß Art. 7. Im einzelnen hat er das Recht zu wissen welche persönlichen Daten der Inhaber über ihn besitzt und darüber Auskunft zu erhalten, ob Daten über ihn vorhanden sind, auch wenn sie noch nicht gespeichert sind und in verständlicher Form nähere Angaben über diese Daten, Herkunft und den Grund und Zweck ihrer Verarbeitung zu erfahren, sowie Angaben über Inhaber und Verantwortlichen der Verarbeitung und Personen und Kategorien von Personen denen diese Daten möglicherweise übermittelt werden. Der Betroffene hat das Recht seine Daten zu bestätigen und zu kontrollieren, zu berichtigen und zu ergänzen, zu beantragen, dass die Daten gelöscht, gesperrt und in anonyme Daten umgewandelt werden falls die Verarbeitung gegen die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen verstößt. Er hat das Recht sich aus gerechtfertigten Grund gänzlich oder zum Teil der Verarbeitung seiner Daten zu widersetzten, sowie ihre Löschung, Sperrung, Umwandlung in anonyme Daten zu verlangen und ohne gerechtfertigten Grund, wenn Daten zum Zwecke der Handelsinformation, des Versands von Werbematerial, des Direktverkaufs, zu Markt und Meinungsforschung verwendet werden.
Die gegenständlichen Rechte können seitens des Betroffenen oder einer von ihm beauftragten Person, mittels Anfrage an den Verantwortlichen (Herrn Markus Barbieri - 39042 Brixen Italy, Ignaz-Seidner-Str. 35) mit Einschreiben oder E-Mail info@barbierielectronic.com geltend gemacht werden.
