Densy 450 USB + QC-Xpert Lite

The modern solution to chemistry quality control in the minilab.

The Densy 450/USB is a reflection/transmission densitometer with USB-interface without display which has been developed as a powerful measuring probe. In combination with the new easy-to-use software QC-Xpert Lite as well as a Windows PC it represents the ideal solution to chemistry control in the minilab.

The possibility to send the measuring data over Internet to a centralized process control station makes the product even more interesting both for the minilab chain owners as well as for the manufacturers of chemistry who intend to offer to their customers a service of centralized quality control.

The software QC-Xpert Lite is an easy to use software which shows you step by step how to do the daily quality control in the minilab. After the measuring process, the software tells you immediately if the minilab is ready to use.
For a short overview a simple graph and the measured values will be shown.

The control process includes simply the following 5 steps:

  1.
Run the software QC-Xpert Lite
  2.
Calibrate the densitometer
  3.
Read the control strip

Send the measuring data over Internet
  4.
Status of the Minilab will be shown (together with values and deviations)
  5.
