GSM-Option

This is the ideal solution for all minilabs in areas with GSM service reception.

GSM-Option consisting of a reflection/transmission densitometer with built-in GSM-modem  (mobile network) (Densy 450E/GSM) for transmission of processing data via SMS (short message service) to the central quality control station. Thanks to this transmission mode there are no connections needed, except the power supply.

BARBIERI electronic is the only manufacturer worldwide who use this proven system to transmit data for central process control.

The successful Densitometer Densy 450E with built-in GSM-module for a modern data transmission in the photographic lab.
With the Densy 450E/GSM BARBIERIelectronic presents a new and modern transmission system of processing data. Core of the system is the proven Densy 450E, which has been completed with a GSM-module for transitting/receiving process data via SMS (Short Message Service).

The main advantages of the Densy 450E/GSM are the speed, the queuing, the built-in clock, the identification as well as the low transmission costs.

* Speed: A transmission consists of max. 160 characters and is not directly sent to the adressee but to a Message Center which is always available. The transmission is very quick (about 5 sec.) and the line is never busy.

* Queue: The message is put in a queue inside the Message Center. The message is immediately forwarded to the receiver. It is therefore no problem to receive for instance 500 messages at the same time. The messages will be forwarded one by one to the receiver.

* Built-in clock: The SMS message includes date and time of transmission.

* Identification: The SMS message includes the phone number of the sender and therefore allows quick identification of the same.

* Costs: SMS messages have standardized costs which makes them predictable. Generally these costs are rather low.

The Densy 450E/GSM puts an end to sending the control strips via mail.
Waiting times and possible loosing of the control strip is over.
The Densy 450E/GSM is therefore the ideal instrument for save, quick and modern transmission of process data.
